I am a girl in her 20’s living with Cerebral Palsy. I’ve navigated this disorder mostly with the support of family, my partner, & friends but in some ways on my own.

I was born at a time where only the physical aspects of this disorder were more well known. But that hasn’t stopped me from trying to live the most “normal” life I can.

And my hope in starting this blog is to give insight to how Cerebral Palsy plays a part in my life to those who maybe don’t have all the answers or maybe never knew there was others like them out there in the world.

And honestly I don’t have all the answers myself. But follow me as I let you in on some of my challenges & how I go though daily life!
